The buoy field of Tharros is located right in the area adjacent to the famous archaeological site of the municipality of Cabras, in the province of Oristano. The area has a very exciting setting, from the bay to the ruins on the surface that dominate the entire site, giving a historical charm to the entire coast. The extension of the ruins of the territory of Tharros also extends under the water. Consequently, to protect the heritage of findings dating back to the Punic age, a special buoy field has been delimited for boats that decide to moor near the site.
